Enjoyable Days...

Our hurricane hazards in the backyard...

I enjoy days like today when I am able to get a bit of academic work done (new book project that I have talked about for a while but have yet to let the fingers do some walking on the keyboard) and a few errands nearby with hubby. It has been relaxing and enjoyable.

I have to admit that I am amazed that I am feeling as well as I do at this point. Again, an unfair comparison, but with the triplets I felt bad, really bad and really worn out all the time. Sadly, I didn't make it this far in gestation, but towards the end I was wondering if life would ever be the same physically.

I am grateful for each day. It seems a blessing for my BP to be in check and for Gabe to be kicking and seemingly thriving. I try to take it with gratitude and hope for more...much more...

Happy to hear you were spared Dennis' wrath! Also, good to hear Gabe is still cooking and your bp is in check...you're getting there! Your yard is so pretty- those hydrangeas are so beautiful - makes me yearn myself for a warmer climate.
