This is why we moved here. I am so delighted to have Gabe grow up around people that love him. We have always been a small family, so any addition is instantly welcomed and spoiled. It makes me all the more enthused to try for more children.
I adore having my sister, my bestest friend in the whole wide world nearby. I missed her sorely while in D.C. Growing up we were total opposites: I was a tried and true tom-boy and she was the pretty, graceful cheerleader. I swore that when I was an adult, I would live as far away as possible from her. We often fought bitterly. But, now, we have a hearty laugh about all that. No one knows me and my history like my sister.
So, I am off for my walk shortly. Gotta get in shape to give Gabe a sibling. I want him to have the opportunity for the kind of sibling relationship that I have with my sister...a most precious gift.

What a cutie pie.
Checking in to say hello!
No lurking here, just saying hi and what a lucky duck you are for having a sib like that. And where can I get one?
When you have another, do you hope for a sister or brother for Gabe or does it matter?
Thanks for the birthday cheer to Kale that was too sweet.
:)
Great pic, he is such a big adorable boy, where's that little infant gone?

Sorry for the little mix up, I was logged in on the account of a friend of mine, Lisa, I had been doing work on her site for her. But I didn't realize I accidentally left the last comment in her blogger name, it had automatically used her identity instead of mine...you would have been wondering who on earth is Lisa?
There now you won't have to wonder.
:)
