However, around day two post -vaccinations, my happy boy got fussy. And stayed fussy. Very high maintenance was he. And, of course, I felt for him after having watched his poor hams get assaulted once again. Gabe has only today started feeling like his regular self, so it seems.
So, during this time of computer and software switching, Ebay sale monitoring, and fussy baby entertaining, I haven't blogged much.
However, it has been a good week nonetheless. I love my new desktop computer and the nice big flat panel monitor. Wowser, what a difference it makes for desktop photo editing. I'm hoping to start some sort of business, maybe custom announcement cards. I'm still toying with the idea and its execution.
Then, there was the cultural highlight of the week. Hubby has been hanging out with the local Shriners (masonic organization). He got tickets to a "Biker's Ball" for last night. At first he billed it as a nice evening for us, a dress up affair. But, as he learned more, he found out it was truly a Harley Biker's version of a ball. So, I traded in an evening gown (figuratively) for some leather and chaps. So, you're probably wondering--do we have Harleys or even a motorcycle? No, we don't. So, the fact that we didn't quite fit in last night in the Mardi Gras, Harley Davidson meelee doesn't seem so odd after all. What a sight it was.

I have tons of projects for this week. I want to set up a website with all of the announcement templates I will create (I'm being optimistic that this will get done) and also host some of my photos and digital editing experiments. I would like to make my photography habit somehow lucrative and edge my way into some sort of part-time gig.
Lots of fun and lots of work...the way it ought to be.
