Baby Gabriel was delivered by C-Section last night (10-21) at 8:20PM. Joy had an Acrita (? spelling), part of the placenta attached to uterus. She had some bleeding when they seperated it but her doctor believes he was able to stop it. She will be evaluated later this morning and we will know for sure. Gabriel is a big boy, 8Lb 7oz. He is 20.25 inches long with short brown hair. Without prejudice, I must say he is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen.
I have pictures and will download them and get some up later today. I am going back to the hospital to see how mommy and baby are doing.
Thank you all for your words of encouragement to my Joy these past months.
